3. PROPERTY - All goods remain the property of "Kubek Pine Ltd" until the balance of the goods has been received in full.

4. LEAD TIMES - are meant as a guideline only. In the unexpected event of delays, "Kubek Pine Ltd" is not liable for any orders that take longer to deliver than the supplier's estimated delivery time.

5. DELIVERY - Any deliveries where the recipients are not at the delivery address during the scheduled time of delivery will be charged a false call out charge to be agreed with "Kubek Pine Ltd" in advance of any redelivery arrangements made. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will deliver to a nominated mainland GB address e.g. a port. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer.

6. DAMAGES - Any shortages, damages or incorrect orders must be reported to Kubek Pine Ltd in writing within 24 hours. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection with all original packing. No credit can be issued if the goods and packaging have been disposed of.

7. REFUNDS - "Kubek Pine Ltd" complies with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000, which states that consumers have the right to a cooling off period of 7 working days after the goods have been received. However, "Kubek Pine Ltd" will only give a refund if the customer complies with the following:

• The customer confirms their right to cancel to "Kubek Pine Ltd" in writing within 7 days of the receipt of the goods
• The customer must take 'reasonable care' of any goods that have been supplied until they are returned to "Kubek Pine Ltd"
• The consumer must make the goods available for collection by "Kubek Pine Ltd" within 14 days

8. RETURNS - If the customer has changed his/her mind with regard any furniture or accessories purchased and delivered, the customer will be charged the cost in full of delivering the goods back to "Kubek Pine Ltd".

9. PAYMENT - All orders taken will be paid for in full. When purchased the customer enters into a 'contract' with "Kubek Pine Ltd" and by doing so, must forfeit a deposit of 30% of the value, if they subsequently cancel their order outside the 7 days allowed from date of order.

10. SALE OF GOODS - In accordance with the Sale Of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), "Kubek Pine Ltd" will only give refunds or exchanges if the goods are not of satisfactory quality, are not fit for the purpose, or as not described on the website.

11. GUARANTEES - All leather upholstered furniture in the "Kubek Pine Ltd" range come with a 1 year construction guarantee. All other goods are guaranteed for 1 year. "Kubek Pine Ltd" retains the right to inspect all goods prior to any claim on the aforementioned guarantees are refunded, exchanged or repaired. All customers must comply with any assembly or care instructions provided by the supplier.

12. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS - All dimensions specified by "Kubek Pine Ltd" are approximate. "Kubek Pine Ltd" retains the right to alter the specifications of the furniture in accordance with our supplier's commitment to quality and continuous improvement without prior notice. Please also note that photographs are for illustrative purposes only, and may not exactly match the product itself.

13. PROPER LAW OF CONTRACT - "Kubek Pine Ltd" operates within UK Law. Your statutory rights are not affected. Any dispute, question or remedy howsoever arising will be determined exclusively by the Courts of England & Wales.

14. LEATHER UPHOLSTERY - Leather products are made from quality natural leather and accordingly they many not be uniform in colour or texture. Only the finest hides are selected but they will show natural marks and scars on the hide. Some leathers will mellow with age and exposure to sunlight.

15. DATA PROTECTION - "Kubek Pine Ltd" operates in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 ("the Act"). We process your personal data in accordance with the Act.
